Imaging systems we use within the practice are digital.
There are many advantages to this method of information collection.
The IntraOral camera allows details of
your mouth to be displayed on a computer monitor while the Digital X-ray
system shows the details of enamel, dentine and bone. These images are digitally stored with your records and can be instantly
retrieved when required. Using Digital X-ray imaging systems you will receive a much lower dose
of X-ray radiation than in conventional X-ray techniques.
